I've had an accident. What should I do?

If vehicle is drivable, come and see us for an on-the-spot estimate. Your claim can be processed there and then. Otherwise, either “call us”, or submit a “free online quote request”.

When selecting an Insurance Company to insure my vehicle, what do I look for?

Apart form the obvious price. I myself look for an Insurance company who will give me choice of repairer. As the process will be less stressful to me when my vehicle needs repairing. Especially if I can have it repaired on one quote only.

Do I need to get more than one estimate?

Depending on your individual policy, most major insurance companies will fix your car on one quote saving you valuable time. Choose an insurance company who will give you choice of repairer.

Can you match the colour of my car?

We have the latest computer technology and have invested in a high quality paint system, with frequent upgrades to the system. This allows us to ensure your vehicle colour is a match. We take special pride in our ability to match factory finishes as the final step in the paint process.

If I am not at fault, do I have an excess?

If you have the other third party details, there is no reason why an excess should apply.

Can you quote my car over the phone?

Sorry no. The variables in vehicle repairs are numerous and we really must sight the vehicle before we can give you an exact quote for the repairs and a timeframe.

Do I notify my insurance before repairs are started?

Yes. Your insurance company are the ones who authorize the repairs.

If I need a loan car what can I do?

If the accident is not your fault, you are entitled to a replacement car at no cost. If the accident is your fault we can organise you a hire car at a competitive price. (Conditions apply).

Will you update me on my repair progress?

Yes, your choice, either by telephone, SMS or email. Feel free to call or email us any time during the repair process.

Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?

Yes, repairs performed by us are fully guaranteed.

Who do I pay my insurance excess to?

To us the repairer, on behalf of your insurance company. If the excess applies it will need to be paid prior to, or upon collection of your vehicle on the day.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, EFTPOS, cheques, direct deposit (48 hr process time) or cash.
